SUCCESS STORIES
My story ( short version ) Miles Varichak
In 2020 I wanted to start getting back into shape. I joined a Muay Thai Kickboxing gym and was super excited to get back into fighting shape. I had ballooned up to 277 lbs. It was the largest I have EVER WEIGHED EVER!!! So armed with a new hobby I started taking classes. 3 classes in my Achilles Tendon ruptures, I knew exactly what I had done the moment I looked down at my leg. It was so badly ruptured that the doctor said it looked like I stepped on a landmine. My surgery was Jan 27th and thankfully they were able to repair everything and sent me on the long road to recovery.
Lets fast forward to when the cast comes off!!
During my time in the cast I was not doing anything at all to meet my weight loss goals. I felt that there was nothing that I would be able to do except wait for the case to come off and start working from there. At the end of May my cast came off and I knew that there was one person that would get me to where I wanted to be and it was Jenn, so I sent her a message and she started me on her 30 Day Challenge.
7 months and 127 pounds lighter I am back to feelings like my old self and I am running around with my son doing all the things a father should be doing. Thank you JENN
The largest contributing factor in my success...... TRUST
That's it, there's no magic formula, no hidden secret that the fitness industry has. It's TRUST!! I have known Jen for 11 + years and from DAY ONE of training I have TRUSTED her I know she is looking out for me and wants me to succeed. She has shared in my heart breaks , and my triumphs, she is a member of my family, not by blood, but by sweat and loyalty. I TRUST the program and the nutritional guide she has given me. THEY WORK! I lost a WHOLE PERSON!!
Trust Jen Aguirre with everything you have and the result you will see will amaze you.
How did I do what I did?.. I went in to the total program 100% I pushed myself each time I was working out. My first time doing pullups I honestly was able to BARELY to 1, the rest I needed help with a band. NOW I pump out 20 to 25 EASILY and it is because I pushed hard in the workouts.
When it came to the meal planning I made sure that I precooked all my meals. I usually did this on a Sunday afternoon, I took the time to prepare properly so I was set up for success.
Two thing drove me to push that hard in my workouts and meal plan.. The first was that I had a vision, I didn't want to be an overweight dad that couldn't breathe when I tied my own shoes, or one that couldn't keep up with his son because he was "Tired". I also started to suffer from signs of sleep apnea, and stopped breathing several times throughout the night.
My vision was one where my son would be proud of me, and look up to me as a super hero or sorts. A fast, strong and fit dad!
The other thing that drove me was my son. He would push me by just being there, not doing anything but playing his switch and when I would take a "break" he would ask "Are you done??". Most times I wouldn't be finished and he would just say "well get back to work". Now he is working out with me either as my training partner or as my weight vest.
There was a lot of struggling in the beginning, I will' not lie and say it was all sunshine and rainbows. NOT at all it was mean and nasty some days and I did mess up multiple times. I felt like hey I can't keep this pace, or UGH I really want to eat some Fast Food! Most of the time I would be strong but I am only human and there were times that I screwed up and ate off plan. I paid for it though, NOT from anyone, but from my own body. I would feel so horrible from the foods that I ate that I wouldn't want to feel that way again.
As time went on I would struggle less and less, yeah I still messed up here and there but those were far and few between. I new I have worked so hard and came so far, why would I want to mess it all up with JUNK FOOD. I want to see what else I can do with this new body and level of fitness, I know what the old body was like and it was horrible.
But overall I was successful with Jen and in the program because I put 100% TRUST in her, her knowledge, the program, and meal plan. I had a vision of what I wanted to be not only mentally but also physically, and I had a good group of people to support me. these were my friends and family. Jen was always there when I felt down about myself and she would lift me up. She never got mad when I messed up, she would always finish an email with "Let's Kill it and You Got This." So I will do the same for you, it's funny right as I started to type those words I got teary eyed..... *COUGH * * COUGH* ok let's try this again....Working with Jenn Aguirre it will be fun and hard but remember "Let's Kill It and You Got This!"

It was just over 1 year ago when I came to Jenn at her former studio. I was at a critical point in my life
where I wanted to make some radical life changes. Among them was that I wanted to lose some serious
weight. I say this to say that when you make this commitment to take action and you join her, the
commitment is real and it is big and if you are not ready do not waste your time or hers.
The first critical piece of education Jenn offered me was a list of things I would need to begin: a food
scale, an actual scale, a heartrate monitor, an array of vitamins and supplements in the form of protein
drinks and similar nutrients and her own educational videos about what whole foods are acceptable for
your individualized meal plan. I say this to say that taking your physical health seriously involves taking
your physical health seriously. This means investing in yourself, investing in healthy unprocessed whole
food, and in additional supplements and in equipment to support you in reaching healthy heart-rates
and a healthy weight.
If you are a man or a woman who has lived your life as a caregiver; often putting others needs and
desires before your own- I can relate as that was my story. I was unhappy and I wanted to be different. I
wanted to feel like I was in control of my life. The structure and continual support Jenn has provided me
along with constant reassurance and encouragement to put myself first has been integral in my
transformation. Having permission to take care of myself through daily exercise, meal-prepping and
following a healthy meal-plan was a radical change for me. The past version of myself was preoccupied
with taking care of others.
I lost 50 pounds after 7 months following a physical training plan and a meal plan that Jenn developed
for me. I have been maintaining that for the past 5 months. I work daily on practicing self-love as well as
on my fitness routine. I have learned how to go back to events in my past and reflect on how those
events altered how I see myself and the choices that I make. Recognizing why my coping strategies
involved unhealthy eating or other unhealthy coping strategies has been important reflection and
necessary in my process to create healthy coping strategies.
I am happier than I have ever been. Learning to give myself permission has meant accepting that I
needed to set better boundaries, remove friends and family from my life that did not serve me, quit jobs
that kept me stagnant, and face any and all of my demons. It has not been rainbows and butterflies.
Change is hard and uncomfortable. What’s important is that I was never alone. In the beginning when I
first began my transformation I leaned on Jenn and I leaned hard. I am still not alone. What has changed
is that I believe in myself, trust myself, and am not afraid to be selfish if that means taking care of
myself.
My gratitude for Jenn is endless and abundant. She will share with you that she is much more than a
personal trainer and she is. Her work and investment is about supporting every person she works with in
being the best version of themselves.

I am 53 years old and I have been training with Jenn for 4 months and I am very pleased with my transformation so far. I have severe arthritis in both hands and had reconstructive surgery in my right hand and the past two months I have been in a boot due to a fractured fibula. Jenn has modified my workouts and I still have great results.
I check in each night and when I get up in the morning there is always a detailed voice recording.
Her zoom workouts are very organized and she not only demos the exercise but also let's us know where we should be feeling it.
I have trained with other coaches and Jenn is very knowledgeable, passionate, positive and motivating. She is a true health and life coach. She is worth her weight in gold. Only regret is that I didn't start with her sooner.

Not enough words can express what an amazing trainer & fitness coach Jenn has been to me for years! Thanks to her spot on personal coaching, I am in better shape today than I have ever been in.
I'm just a "regular guy," but with her, I've broken through plateaus lifting heavier, getting down to my lowest body fat percentage, and keeping high energy levels as a fit guy just turning 50. Most important for me is to stay efficient and not spend hours, as she taught me how to train and eat smart....best trainer AND coach ever!

AGUIRRE FITNESS is THE BEST there is! Jenn and Christian are Masters at Nutrition and Fitness. My entire family trains with them. They are consistently consistent and they only get better with time. I have been training with Jenn since 2013 on and off as my fitness goals have changed. My family and I each have our own personalized meal plan, workout schedule and our own goals to meet. The options that they offer are endless. From in person training in the studio to doing zoom sessions from the comfort of your own home. ZOOM from a different state has been a GAME changer for me. I can just get to it and get it done. If I lived closer I would be in person for sure but Zoom is and has been a huge blessing! I was so depressed when I turned 50 this year, with Covid and being on lock down more often than not... and I REALLY thought I need "counseling"!
I decided to work more closely with Jenn and to have daily check in's with her and began a new meal and workout plan. Within 60 days I had lost 17 pounds, more inches than I can count....BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, I was HAPPY. Inside. No counseling needed. No meds needed...Just Aguirre Fitness and a commitment to myself and to Jenn! PLEASE do yourself a favor, give yourself the BEST gift ever and join Aguirre Fitness!
They are different. They are SPECIAL. They just GET IT and they know what we need and how to help us get there. It's about Trust. It's about commitment. You get what you pay for and then some! I promise!
